I got this idea HERE. And thought it would be a cheap and easy addition to my Easter decor. (Plus I just LOVE the way peeps look) 
I already had an extra dollar store wreath foam. I was gonna wrap it in ribbon when I realized I had to use a lot of ribbon and didn't now if this wreath will even last more than this month (Although I will try to preserve it in an air tight bag) So instead- I had some white felt that I cut with pinking shears and wrapped around the wreath. I bought 2 packages of peeps but only used 1 and 1/4th.
